A Taste For Life returns April 22
More than 50 restaurants will participate in event supporting Fife House
On Wednesday April 22, A Taste of Life is once again taking place in over 50 restaurants across the city to support Fife House. Call to reserve a table at any of the restaurants listed, mention you’re coming to support Taste of Life and 25 per cent of your bill will be donated to the cause.
Fife House is an organization providing safe and affordable housing for people with AIDS and HIV. Mary Anne Shaw, moved by the story of George Fife losing his battle against AIDS, began the organization in 1988. While housing is their focus, they offer a comprehensive and wide wage of programs and services from alternative health care (touch therapy, traditional Chinese medicine) to recreational programs.
So mark your calendars: A night out enjoying great food will help to positively impact the lives of many men and women.
