While Mavis was postering the city pink, Johannes Zits was spreading his fetching four-poster series across Toronto, most notably in a now-removed window display at Pages on Queen West. His posters, at the intersection of interior design magazines and gay porn, can still be seen at Mercer Union and locations on the streets. He’s also part of S.P.I.N.’s Love At First Sight show, in which artists collaborate with their loved ones. That’s sweet.
