The subject of NOW's cover in January for her Harbourfront shadow puppet play Everything Under The Moon, Shary Boyle keeps going from triumph to triumph. She's been chosen to represent Canada at next spring's Venice Biennale, has a show of paintings about the North called Stranger at Jessica Bradley and, stranger still, another of porcelain figurines at a new Yorkville Louis Vuitton store. Her BMO Project Room installation is up until November. No wonder. Boyle's eccentric, colourful perversity is infectious.
