Multiple award winner Nino Ricci (Testament, The Origin Of Species) gets a little more personal in his new novel, Sleep ($30, Doubleday).
Spinning off his own experience with sleep disorders – though he’s quick to say the book is not autobiographical – he tells the story of a man whose career and marriage are floundering thanks to his tendency to fall asleep at all the wrong times. Ricci, always engaging, talks about Sleep on Wednesday (October 7) at the North York Central Library.
