Vancouver-based Farmer’s one of those found-object poets who make evocative installations from bits of this and that. Past works contained everything from old furniture and machine parts to cutouts from a school textbook. This one, inspired by Brion Gysin’s vision-inducing machine, includes a Farmer composition for the church organ.
