Twenty poets take the stage in Harbourfront’s Brigantine Room Wednesday (March 25) at the annual Poetry NOW: Battle Of The Bards. Readers include Liz Worth, Max Layton, Sarah Pinder and other poets with published works who are competing for a spot on next year’s IFOA slate and more. I’ll be hosting the high-energy event, which is always packed with fans passionate about poetry, an ancient art that still has a firm grip on lovers of the written word.
