Torontonians at all levels can now get in touch with their inner diva at Beyography, a dance class inspired by Beyonces moves.

Beyography is the brainchild of Nicky Nasrallah, an actor-comedian who started learning Queen Bee’s dance moves for fun three years ago.

As Nasrallah continued to improve, he started teaching what he learned to his friends. Bit-by-bit, his student base expanded to those who want to learn Beyonces challenging choreography in classes at Elevation Dancentre, near Bloor and Dovercourt.

Beyography classes take place three to four times a week, and dancers can learn the moves to songs like Freakum Dress, Single Ladies, and Run the World (Girls).

We stopped by to speak to Nasrallah and some of his students, who were learning the moves to the pop star’s 7/11 video. Watch below:

Each class is $15/person at Elevation Dancentre Studio on 979 Bloor St. [See listing]. For more information click here.
