The debut gig for Bishop Morocco
We checked out the debut live performance of Bishop Morocco at Whippersnapper Gallery, July 11.
The Toronto duo were augmented onstage by Ian Worang, best known for his work with the Uncut. Incidentally, Worang and Bishop Morocco’s Jake Fairley originally started the Uncut as an electronic/rock duo, who at the time sounded a little bit like this new project. Fairley eventually left the Uncut to pursue his career as a techno producer, and Worang reinvented the band as a more traditional guitar-based rock project.
