Screaming Fish directed by Sandi Somers and Nicole Mion, part of Canada Dances (see above). Rating: NN Rating: NN
Speaking of stretches, scream-ing Fish is a 10-minute premise drawn out to more than twice that length. Set in an ugly pickup bar, it looks at five singles and their use of dance as seduction, argument, flirtation and exhibition. A couple of sequences work, but the film lacks originality and is saddled with ludicrous dialogue.
