Culture Stage

Audiences have their say

There’s always that Fringe show you really want to see and for which you never seem to be able get a ticket.

The Patron’s Pick choices offers a potential solution to the problem.

The best-selling show in each of the 13 theatre venues gets an extra performance on the final day of the festival — that’s tomorrow (Sunday, July 17).

Tickets are already on sale, so don’t wait long to book any of these shows that you’ve not been able to catch. Unlike other Fringe performances, where 50 per cent of the tickets are on sale at the door, all of the Patron’s Pick shows can be sold in advance. There might be tickets available at the door an hour before showtime, but don’t count on it.

Here’s the list of performances, venues and times. Click through the title to get to the review:

Several of the companies already have shows scheduled at their venue that day. But it’s Kim’s Convenience that’s really doing double duty — the production, which has been doing sellout business since it opened, has two performances back to back, at 7 and 9:15 pm.
