Caught the Sunday-evening performance of Ronnie Larsen’s Making Porn, an exposé of the gay male porn industry (see review, page 58). Sitting off to the side was Yuk Yuk’s head honcho Mark Breslin, with a date, the only het couple in the house. “Actually, in my earlier days I was a male porn star,” Breslin told me during intermission. “My porn name was Little Big Man. I specialized in playing Boy Scouts.” Only question: would the video be under “adult” or “comedy”?It’s taken 25 years for Michael Trent and Jeremy Ransom to pair up again. The former National Ballet School roomies followed different dance careers after graduation, one in modern dance, the other in ballet. Now they meet up in a duet by Sarah Chase called The Falcom And The Walmer, on the same bill as new pieces by Trent and Laurence Lemieux.
