Physical humour takes on new meaning in Helder Brum’s monologue, where he divulges several embarrassing stories about his physicality. Brum uses his quick wit and eye for detail to keep our interest through each story it certainly helps to have a video screen onstage to project photos and videos he refers to.

One standout tale revolves around running with the bulls in Newmarket. Saying anything more about it would be a crime.

Brum’s jokes all hit their mark, even if they sometimes veer into toilet humour. Thankfully, fart jokes don’t dominate. Instead, we’re treated to a comedian’s openness about abusing his body in ways that are both cringe-worthy and entertaining.
