The best events in Toronto this weekend: March 9-11

LETTERKENNY LIVE!

In the middle of a month-long cross-country tour, Jared Keeso, Nathan Dales, K. Trevor Wilson and Mark Forward bring their rapid-fire deadpan to Toronto for two shows. The live incarnation of the cult CraveTV show promises sketches, original videos and stand-up sets from Forward and Wilson. (Fun fact: the tour is sponsored by Puppers Premium Lager, the fake beer created for the show that’s now an actual product, with T-shirts and everything.) The Toronto engagement lands on the eve of the Canadian Screen Awards, where the show is up for nine nominations, including best comedy series, so everyone’s likely to be even more amped-up than usual. See if you can notice.
