Digifest Kickoff! Meet the Media Guru with Giorgia Lupi

This year Digifest kicks off with an appearance by award-winning information designer, Giorgia Lupi. Lupi will discuss her work exploring Data Humanism. She is the co-founder and Creative Director of Accurat, a data-driven design firm based in Milan and New York. She is co-author of Dear Data, an aspirational hand drawn data visualization. In 2017 she was commissioned to create an original site-specific art piece by the Museum of Modern Art. Lupi lives in New York City, has a Masters in Architecture at FAF in Ferrara, Italy, earned a PhD in Design at Politecnico di Milano, and recently gave a Ted Talk on her Humanistic approach to Data.
