NOW is in the midst of a rapid and very exciting transformation.

As a Digital Advertising Representative you will be on the frontlines, leading with innovation as NOW expands the strength and reach of its digital x social platforms. And you will sell customized digital marketing solutions to a wide range of clients across every sector in the city of Toronto. 

You will drive digital revenue at the company. 

And you will play an integral part in NOW’s digital transformation. 
 
Compensation is a base salary plus commission structure.

Knowledge and kills requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in sales, digital media, marketing and communications.  
  • At least three (3) years of sales and/or fundraising experience (eg. advertising sales, corporate sponsorship, major gifts, and individual giving).
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in digital media related promotions/marketing/client services. 
  • Experience working with marketing and PR agencies. 
  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms including: doubleclick by Google, Friends 2 Follow, MailChimp, Stripe, Autopilot, youtube, Knowledgr, online ticketing solutions (eg. eventbrite, universe), and Google Analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. 
  • Knowledge of Magazine Manager, Slack, DropBox, MS Office, and Google.
  • You are a leader. Creative. Self-motivated. Intuitive: from the initial pitch, to activation and stewardship, you are committed to offering the very best client experience throughout the sales pipeline. 
  • You know media and the new Engagement Economy. You understand the changing media landscape and you see it as an opportunity. 
  • You have a proven track record of building amazing relationships.
  • You’re a great presenter. You can communicate complex ideas clearly. You’re organized. 
  • And you love Toronto.
