Inclusive Arts-based Spring Workshop (Youth+)

With the dawn of a new season, comes a team of new heroes ready to save the day!
Superhero Spring has arrived, and our mighty and powerful participants are springing into action!
Decked out in purple capes, these heroes are jumping out of their comics and on to the stage.
Super villains be warned!

About the Workshop

INCLUDES: drama, music & movement, visual art, and relaxation
Max. group size: 8 participants | 2 facilitators
GOALS: Get creative & have fun while improving mental wellness, self-awareness, confidence, and social skills. At the end of the workshop our Carrots will have a final purple production to share with family & friends!

Designed by an Expressive Arts Therapist and Speech & Language Pathologist to improve communication and social skills using the Arts. By combining elements of expressive arts therapy, drama, dance, visual art, and relaxation, we help our participants explore their full potential in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. We provide year-round arts-based programming, specialized in diverse neurological & physical abilities, such as; 8-week workshops, day camps, 1:1 counselling, and community building!
