Rezas 25-year-old acclaimed play about how a group of Parisian male friends come to blows when one of them purchases a white-on-white painting for a large sum is still witty and fast-moving. Director Philip Akin gives it a handsome staging befitting the title, and the cast especially Oliver Denniss skeptical engineer Marc is fine. But much of the play feels like upper-middle-class flim-flam.
