Moscovitch’s fascinating play follows several decades in the life of Sorrel, a bright modern woman caught between her sexual desires and society’s finger-wagging. In Maev Beaty’s hands, Sorrel is superbly nuanced, and the cast and production, directed by Sarah Garton Stanley, are first-rate.
