Best: Nem, near-Vietnamese deep-fried rice wrappers stuffed with purple cabbage, vermicelli, carrots and chicken, sided with nuclear hot sauce samosa-like sambusas stuffed with succulent whitefish and veggies bistro-correct beignets freshly made sorrel and ginger juices. $12 all-you-can-eat buffet every other Saturday night.
