Mason’s video has reached over two million views so far. In the video, he can be seen hopping on stage before being greeted by Bryan and given a guitar.

Soon after Mason got on the microphone and sang his heart out, and took the crowd completely by surprise.

He later put out a video to address how it happened and respond to all the love he’s been receiving since.

“It was not planned. I’m really thankful for that because the outcome was better than I could have ever imagined,” he said in a video uploaded on Wednesday that’s already reached over 600,000 views as of publication.

He shares that before the show he brought in a sign that said, “Can I play Heading South?” which is one of Bryan’s hit tracks.

Unfortunately, Mason said the arena prohibited his large sign from entering so he was forced to give it up when checking in with security.

That’s when he got creative and decided to write the same message on his T-shirt instead.

However, he knew he needed to get the artist’s attention so he asked people in his section if they could kindly point in the direction of the make-shift sign and flash their phone lights at him.

This seems to have worked wonders because not long after Mason was on stage meeting his icon.

“I love Zack Bryan concerts because everybody there is just the most genuine type of person. It just made my night, the best night of my life,” he said.

Mason says he didn’t think Bryan had much faith in him at the start and asked if he really knew the song. Regardless, Mason told him to introduce him to the crowd and that he would take it away.

And as you know by now, Mason not only knew all the lyrics, he performed it like a true country professional singer.

“I’ve never seen someone so comfortable. this is your calling,” one user wrote.

“I’d watch this kid perform a whole concert,” someone else said.

“At the end of the song, Zack took off his guitar and he gave it to me and said ‘it’s all yours,’” Mason said.

The guitar was boxed up for him and was waiting for him at the end of the show.

While riding the GO train home, Mason pulled out the guitar and sang a cover of Bryan’s “Something In The Orange.”

“Since he didn’t play Something In The Orange at the concert, we gave the train a show,” he said in the video’s caption.
