In 1542 Marguerite de Roberval (Daniela Pagliarello) is banished to the Isle of Demons off the north coast of Newfoundland for choosing love over duty. Torn between love, despair, remorse and the desire for revenge, she struggles to decide whether to live or die.
Director Molly Thom has assembled an extremely talented cast and production team to bring this little known episode of Canadian history come life.
