What album changed your life? Brian Eno’s Music For Airports, cuz it showed me another thing music could be. It plays with time and convention and is a great soundtrack for both lovemaking and boiling rice.

What’s the best rumour you’ve ever heard about yourself? That I’m rich and famous.

Do you ever write songs based on your dreams? Explain. All the time. I have a new song that I dreamed my good friend had written. In the dream I was jealous of its attitude and quality, but when I woke up it was there to be captured, so I did. Do I owe him a piece?

If you’d never got involved in writing and playing music, how would you be making a living today? Who said this had anything to do with making a living? Probably a psychologist or a garbage man.

What part of your body do you like the least? My brain.
