VIBE: Ku is a small, two-floor bar that features DJs playing in the back corner most nights. The vibe is friendly and warm, and the look modern without being overly cold. The upper floor may be closed if the club’s not busy.
VALUE: Ku doesn’t stock domestic beer, and a bottled import will run you $7. You generally won’t encounter a cover charge, though.
PATIO ACTION: The rear patio is large, gorgeous and quite comfortable. It should be a prime spot for lounging on hot summer nights and lazy afternoons.
CAN YOU DANCE: There’s not much space for dancing, but it’s not unusual to see people getting down anyway. The sound system is fairly bass-heavy for a lounge, which helps get the bottoms bouncing.
