The “red wind racer” shoes are from Phil’s Bootery ($59, 2248 Bloor West, 416-766-1723) and the baseball cap is from Wal-Mart ($5, Dufferin Mall, 416-537-2561, and others). His dad and I got him the Nike waterproof watch from Toys R Us (1450 Lawrence East, 416-757-8588, and others) for his fourth birthday. The Mexican macramé bracelet was a gift from nonna Maria Giavedoni. She got it during her month-long sojourn in Acapulco. The clubs and bag are on loan for the season from the Shelburne Golf Club.”

My Style: “Ready for action.”

INTO: “The Dewson Street Junior Public School fundraising festival on June 9, 2:30 to 7 pm. Everyone is welcome. Going to Travel The World art camp, featuring Japan, at the Garrison Creek Art Education Centre day-tripping around the Bruce Peninsula with my family and relatives.”

CLOTHING: “These vintage Italian sunglasses were my mom’s when she was 16. The pink Storm (292 Queen West, 416-340-8579) watch was a Christmas gift from my husband, John. My Murano glass bracelet was a gift from my sister Michelle. I bought my beaded bracelet on a daytrip with my sister Cristina to Southampton from our Sauble Beach cottage. My top – by X-S – was bought in Ottawa. My bra is a custom fit by the gals at Secrets from Your Sister (476 Bloor West, 416-538-1234). These pants are from the Gap (375 Queen West, 416-591-3517, and others). My patent leather waterproof Aquatalia happy boots were bought at Holt’s ($350, 50 Bloor West, 416-922-2333), and my Mat & Nat purse came from Girl Friday ($50, 776 College, 416-531-1036, and others). This white cotton jacket was a vintage find on a whirlwind shopping spree with my friend Nola Grimes (Value Village, 1319 Bloor West, 416-539-0585, and others). and the chunky pottery necklace was a gift for my birthday from mixed media artist Alison Brenzel.”

Style: “Get-up-and-go chic.”

Into: “A three-day yoga retreat with my friend Alison Brenzel weekly nights out with John and friends courtesy of my great nieces/babysitters Eve and Celina Friday-night trips up to the cabin in Mulmur with the family for much-needed R&R. Summer at Sauble Beach, especially spending time building sandcastles with the kids and catching up with my sister Cristina and her family. Life is good when you play and live for the moment.”
