Quiver by Anna Chatterton (Nightwood Theatre). A single mother and a teenage daughter collide when a love interest comes between them.

MINI REVIEW

This double bill offers up evocative explorations of contemporary feminism using inventive storytelling. In Quiver, writer/performer Anna Chatterton controls sound cues on stage to tell the story of a 14-year-old who must fend for herself when abandoned by her family. Mouthpiece, a movement-heavy, stream-of-consciousness-style performance, features Norah Sadava and Amy Nostbakken as fragmented parts of the psyche of a Toronto writer whose mother has just died.
