Occupy Toronto protesters held a rally at City Hall Saturday, delivering a shot across the bow to Rob Ford’s administration, which activists call the local face of the global austerity agenda.

Inspired by the graffiti tributes to Jack Layton that appeared in Nathan Philips Square after his death, many protesters scrawled messages on the pavement about what the Occupy movement means to them.
