The Toronto Outdoor Art Fair is Canadas largest and longest-running juried outdoor contemporary art fair. This year, the free public event showcases works by over 360 contemporary visual artists and makers, ranging in medium from painting, photography, sculpture and mixed media to jewellery and ceramics.
This year, TOAF brings an array of programming including Art Talks where visitors can catch the exuberant Tiffany Pratt, one of Torontos most recognizable design figures, as she shares her love of art or join a walking Art Tour to meet the talented artists of the fair. The third annual Henderson Brewing Co.s Beer Garden takes over the stage at Nathan Phillips Square while Karen Kaeja of Kaeja dDance premieres Calibrate, a special contemporary dance piece.
If thats not enough, there are art tours, nested exhibitions, adventures in photo darkrooms as well as exciting Power Kids workshops and a special collecting program for our young art lovers to keep attendees inspired and stimulated.
The 57th annual edition runs rain or shine in the square, Jul 6-8, Fri-Sat 10 am-7 pm, Sun 10 am-5 pm. Free.
