Heavily inked and mohawked, this engaging 27-year-old culinary whiz kid learned the ropes at Le Sélect and La Palette before moving to the very Odd ‘Fellows last spring. Spinning contemporary French cuisine through a Canadian comfort food sensibility, Matheson will also be helming the similarly themed Parts & Labour in Parkdale later this fall.
