A 19th-century tank house in the Distillery District makes the perfect location for the brewers of Hogtown’s favourite organic lager. Come for a free tour of the facilities weekdays at 4 pm and weekends at 3 and 5 pm that includes a stop at the sampling bar, and stay for the lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and drunken butter chicken – and the stellar suds, of course – in the skylit dining room overlooking the glassed-in brewhaus.
