WHY: Holy packaging information overload! Certified organic malts and hops, treeless paper labels, community development projects: you’ve got to stay sober just to ingest this beer’s biography. What’s definitely worth reading is the description of the ale/lager brewing technique that achieves the desired integration of elements. Very nice, full and even, while still delivering fresh organic (as in plants) flavours.
