This week, we’re tipping our hats to the Toronto Blue Jays and Jose Bautista’s now infamous bat flip with this creamy, sweet concoction:
The Bat Flip
- 2 oz Bacardí Maestro Gran Reserva
- 1 oz molasses infused simple syrup
- 1 egg white of whole egg
- .5 oz half and half cream
Method
Shaken and served in a coupe, garnished with lime zest.
