Drink up: The Paladar Paloma

Each week, we’re giving you one recipe for one of six Cuban-inspired cocktails from the Bacardi Paladar pop-up restaurant at Cold Tea in October (see last week’s here).

This week, we’re bringing something so easy, you’d be silly not to try it:

Paladar Paloma

  • 1 oz. Bacardí Maestro Gran Reserva
  • 3 oz. grapefruit soda (Jarritos or San Pellegrino)
  • Squeeze of lime

Method

Build in a Collins glass, and garnish with a twist of grapefruit and lime.
