Drink up: The classic hand-shaken daiquiri

Each week, we’re giving you one recipe for one of six Cuban-inspired cocktails from the Bacardi Paladar pop-up restaurant at Cold Tea in October (see last week’s here).

This week, we’re bringing back a classic. Ditch the blender this holiday season in exchange for ease and sophistication.

Classic hand-shaken daiquiri

  • 2 oz Bacardí Maestro Gran Reserva
  • .7 5oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • .5 oz simple syrup

Method

Shaken and served in a coupe, garnished with a lime wheel.
