WHY: Fetzer’s been on the sustainability case for decades, doing lots of unglamorous, behind-the-scenes stuff: solid waste reduction, GHG reduction, electric vehicles, solar panels by the acre. The list goes on, as does their Cab Sauv: big but not oppressive, ripe black fruit and oak smoke. Lots of Cali slurpability here.
