This rustic, off-the-beaten-path region of Spain is dotted with villages and castles and is home to some of Spain’s best wines. The Sabor is a huge deal a rich, funky stew of dark fruit and spicy, exotic flavours. Don’t leave home without it.
FOOD: Pigs and sheep are the story in these parts, and the region’s roast lamb or chorizo sausage would be a perfect match for the Sabor.
