Made With Love
On March 24 at 6 pm, 17 of Toronto’s best barkeeps mix off at the Liberty Grand (25 British Columbia) in one of the year’s biggest cocktail competitions, Made With Love. Old school cool
Once popular in old-school soda fountains, acid phosphate is becoming a staple behind contemporary cocktail bars. A sour alternative to citrus, it imparts no flavour but plenty of tingle and pucker.
