That’s where early birds flock for budget-priced dim sum – sticky rice in lotus leaf, turnip cake and shrimp har gow – and the late-night crowd tucks into the retro likes of lemon chicken and moo shu pork. Rushed-off-their-feet servers guarantee a frantic pace.
