“Messis has been part of the fabric of the neighbourhood for over two decades, and we intend to preserve that,” says Vitiello.

Hot on the heels of Sukhothai, Sabai Sabai and her former Khao San Road, Nuit Regular looks set to launch a fifth (!) Thai resto later this year. Word has it the centrally located spot will focus on takeout and delivery, though details are still being nailed down.

“We’re definitely going to do something new and challenging,” says partner/hubby Jeff. “Nuit’s looking to totally outdo herself.”
