There’s 101 days left until May Two-Four weekend, which means we’re only 101 days away from cottage season. If you don’t think you can handle waiting that long for a cookout without fully succumbing to cabin fever, Matt Basile is ready to soothe your frostbitten soul with a Muskoka-themed dinner at the end of the month.
Basile’s Queen West eatery Lisa Marie will be transformed into a dockside retreat for U-Feast’s Muskoka Bound event on February 25. The $60-per-person event will feature a smorgasbord of summery eats like fried chicken, steak and guac tacos, chimichurri corn, ribs and a S’mores dip for dessert, plus drinks.
