How to seed hot peppers the easy way

Little Sister’s menu is known for having some of the most labour-intensive dishes in the city. That’s how we knew that if anyone has a Top Chef Time Saver, Michael Van Den Winkel, co-owner and head chef at the Davisville restaurant would.

He joined Kim D’Eon at this summer’s Taste of Toronto festival to show off one of his favourites: de-seeding hot peppers quickly and easily, using a tool that everyone has in their kitchen already.
