At the other end of the culi-nary scale, co-owner and chef Elaina Asselin of swanky Roxborough (1055 Yonge, 323-0000) has just announced the introduction of a three-course $30 prix fixe menu. Available only Monday through Wednesday evenings, the lineup includes 5-N starters like romaine in ricotta vinaigrette topped with sourdough croutons and anchovies main dishes such as Asselin’s spectacular grilled calf’s liver with onion jam, oversized onion rings and green-onion mash and for dessert, her famous brioche bread pudding with butterscotch-rum sauce.
