Keep the party rockin’ at the Dakota Tavern (249 Ossington, at Dundas West, 416-850-4579, thedakotatavern.com) with all the scrambled eggs and flapjacks you can wolf down to the accompaniment of local bluegrass combos and dancing in the aisles ($14) Sunday from 11 am). Over in Corktown, the Dominion’s (500 Queen East, at Sumach, 416-368-6893, dominiononqueen.com) à la carte skillets of farmer’s sausages, eggs and hash browns come sided with the rockabilly raunch of Alistair Christl and crew (Sundays from 11 am).

The Distillery District’s Boiler House (55 Mill, at Trinity, 416-203-2121, boilerhouse.ca) goes the buffet route with all-you-can-peel shrimp and live jazz ($24.95 Saturday and Sunday from 11 am). The Rex (194 Queen West, at St. Patrick, 416-598-2475, therex.ca) fries up basic bacon ‘n’ egg breakfasts to the accompaniment of the Excelsior Dixieland Band (Sunday from noon).

Not to be outdone, Bella’s Bistro at the Free Times Café (320 College, at Major, 416-967-1078, freetimescafe.com) offers an all-you-can-eat Jewish grandmother spread of pickled herring, latkes and the like to the soulful sounds of klezmer and Yiddish music ($19.95 Sunday from 10 am).
