Recipe: Chef Daniel Greens killer tuna sashimi tartare

Since author and chef Daniel Green (also known as The Model Cook) switched to healthy eating in the 90s, he’s developed a new eating philosophy: nutritious food shouldn’t feel punishing it can also be made with creativity and a zest for life.

Where did he learn this? Bangkok: a Thai region filled with spice and zing. So, join Green in Bangkok to learn how to make this incredibly healthy and delicious dish: killer tuna sashimi tartare.

Recipe:

Cut tuna into small cubes 1 inch wide small strips or cube and finely chop the chili peppers. Combine in bowl with sesame oil. Chop shallots and cilantro into medium to fine cubes. Add to mixture. Add soy sauce and cubed avocado.

Stir, plate and serve!
