The radical reinterpretation of plain ol’ spaghetti and meatballs on display at this holistic Junction hole in the wall owes little to Chef Boyardee. For starters, it’s served at room temperature and the pasta is made from long ribbons of raw zucchini. Meatballs – here called “neat” balls – are fashioned from nuts, as is its remarkably creamy alfredo sauce. Who says healthy can’t be yummy to boot?
