I bought my Zeppelin-esque bells for $3 at the Salvation Army in Whitehorse, Yukon. My ‘magic’ scarf is a unique creation of my mom’s. It changes from a boa into a shoulder wrap with the flick of a wrist ( Margaret M Designer Knitwear , 416-367-2830). My navy wool cardigan came from my great friend Anja at a clothing swap. My boyfriend, Dave had a friend of his make my cool leather hip pouch for my birthday. I bought my men’s black shoes from John Fluevog (242 Queen West, 416-581-1420) for $90, and, man, have they held up. My western belt from one of Toronto’s best vintage stores, Brava (483 Queen West, 416-504-8742), cost only $10. My silver Nanopod ring was made by Tosca Teran of Fishbowl Studio (Case Goods Building, 55 Mill, 416-203-4105). My sister Christy gave me my rockin’ wristband and my pager, a rental from PageNet (2001 Sheppard East, 416-490-3100), is my least favourite accessory. My lone white glove is for inspecting film prints and comes in packs of 12 from post-production superstore Numbers (461 Alden Road, #24, Brampton, 905-940-6047).”
