WHO: Beatill Blocher, experimental prophet of music
WHERE: Jarvis and Isabella
WHEN: Wednesday afternoon
CLOTHING: "I picked up my hat with my Pops at The Hatter (1794 Avenue Road, 416-783-8233) for about $175. The groovin' vintage glasses were scored at that cool toy shop Ontario Specialty Co. ($40, 133 Church, 416-366-9327). My skull earrings are from Mexico; I got them on my vacation with Sophia. I shortened this tie because I don't like fat ones. It was given to me by Athena King. Found this old shirt at Value Village (924 Queen East, 416-778-4818) and modified it with a girl I know in Montreal named Christine. The stamp reads, Twat dew I owe this pleasure.' I bought the bondage pants second-hand at Brava (483 Queen West, 416-504-8742) for $30. My socks are sleeves off a shirt from Peach Berserk (507 Queen West, 416-504-1711). These boots were from Reckless. When I first bought them, when I was a teenager trying to be cool, they looked like Ronald McDonald shoes, but over the years they've dulled to delight. I have lots of tattoos; my bleeding heart on my left arm was done by Tyson, who I think is at Tat-a-rama (2225 Queen East, 416-693-2331) now. My stray cat was one of my first tattoos. Stu from Lower East Side (2234 Kingston, 416-267-7300) did it. I remember wanting it in colour, but he wouldn't do it. Every one I got after that was in black ink, and I can see why. Thanks, Stu."

INTO: "Getting the hell out of the downtown core to a place in the city where grandparents and families walk the earth.... Amen."
