WHO: Brian Corcoran, social media consultant, or, as he likes to say, "ideas guy"
WHERE: Queen and Bathurst
WHEN: Tuesday afternoon
CLOTHING: "My shoes are from New York. They're by Loake (www.loake.co.uk), one of the greatest shoemakers around. The pants ($60) and sweater ($10) are from Banana Republic (218 Yonge, 416-260-6016, and others). These are the third pair of pants I've gotten with a hidden cellphone pocket - I'm hooked! It reminds me of those old Kangaroo shoes from the 80s with the hidden pocket in the tongue. I got this jacket from Tom's Place ($350, 190 Baldwin, 416-596-0297). The first time I wore it out I managed to stain the whole thing, so I took it over to Creeds Dry Cleaning (390 Dupont, 416-923-2500). My bow tie was a gift from my old man, a true master of the sartorial arts. The medallion is by John Farrugia (aka Barba Poppa Choppa). He gave it to me as a present. You can find out more about him at www.ffdpro.com. I got this cap from The Hatter (1794 Avenue Rd, 416-783-8233). It's well worth the visit if you want a real hat. My shirt is from www.maxwellsclothiers.com - the working man's tailor."
HAIR: "Done by Stacy at Grateful Head (1006 Dundas West, 416-915-4323). He's an excellent dude. I manage my own moustache."
MY STYLE: "Dandy, 2006."
INTO: "Raising money and awareness in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis - find out how you can help at www.mssociety.ca; this big ol' pre-New Year's Eve party on December 28 at the Gladstone Hotel (1214 Queen West, 416-531-4635). Keep an eye out for it in NOW's New Year's Eve Guide on December 14."
