Who: Brooke Gagne, writer, filmmaker, party animal
When: Friday afternoon
Where: Dundonald near Yonge
Clothing: "I traded this jean skirt for another one - they were pretty much the same except this one is darker. It's a Dex. The hat is from my grandpa, Campbell Stuart (R.I.P.). This sweatshirt - what a gem! - was found at Value Village ($8.99, 924 Queen East, 416-778-4818). I also got my scarf ($1.69) there. My friend Laura made a short film based on it. Weird, eh? She also gave me this pin; it's French and I think it says something about friends. The other pin is a Fonzie Sit On It pin - I found it in my house. I got my green bag at one of those knockoff stores on Spadina. The vintage holiday scarf was a gift from an old roommate. My friend Femke lent me these boots - she added the pink bondage wrap herself. I got this jacket two years ago at Winners ($170, 57 Spadina, 416-585-2052). I got my purse at H&M ($24, 1 Dundas West, 416-593-0064). My undershirt is from my friend Rachel's line, Sucker - I hear you can get it at Iki (19 Kensington, 416-598-0790). I've had my medical alert bracelet on and off since I was eight. It says that I'm allergic to penicillin and bee stings."
Hair: "Done by my good old friend Lani at Coupe Bizzarre (704 Queen West, 416-504-0783)."
My Style: "Something borrowed, something blue, something old, something almost kinda new."
Into: "Working on a series of videos for the Hoa Hoa's to be played during their live shows (check them out at www.thehoahoas.com); chilling out, maxing and relaxing all cool; trying to stay productive and still be able to hang out with friends."
