CLOTHING: “I love this guitar-pick earring – my friends Kelly and Rory gave it to me. They’re starting www.dollfactorystudios.com so everyone can get cool accessories. I can’t wait! The earrings are from SOOS (www.soosrocks.com). I don’t wear my heart on my sleeve – it’s on a chain around my neck. I got it at www.jackiespector.com. I made my Pink Lady jacket, and I might sell you one if you want ($90, www.boasttoastie.com). The Mercy designers (Canadian, eh!) made this shirt. I saw it at Holt Renfrew (50 Bloor West, 416-922-2333), thought it cost too much but had to have it. I made myself forget the price. The Swatch was a gift. (Thanks, Mom!) My skirt is the best thing I ever bought – it came apart at the seams, but I had safety pins handy! I found it at the Alter Ego booth at the Clothing Show. I also got my Sandy Plotnikoff belt there. It’s by Venekeo and cost me $8. I love my Barbie’s Basement belt from Propaganda ($40, 686 Yonge, 416-961-0555). The Bay (44 Bloor East, 416-972-3333, and others) is great for tights – these were only 8 bucks. I found my polka-dot bootlets – my favourites – at B2 (399 Queen West, 416-595-9281, and others). I just bought this bag on sale at Trove (793 Bathurst, 416-516-1258) for $35. My friend Julie made me buy it, and I’m glad. I found the best parka at Style Bomb ($380-ish, 676 Yonge, 416-934-0762). A friend gave me this matching scarf. I just realized nothing I’m wearing is ‘this season.’ I guess I’ll see you in fashion hell.”
