COVET + CRAVE 789 King West, 416-860-9898, covetandcrave.ca
Covet + Crave’s Kim Roberts believes in the power of a great pair of jeans, and anyone who’s ever spent a weekend hunting for some new blues isn’t going to argue with her devotion to the perfect denim fit. So it’s no surprise that when she decided to open up shop at King and Niagara, the boutique ended up being full of the world’s best jean brands.

Roberts’s premium label roster includes Fidelity, Habitual, Hudson, J Brand and Rock and Republic for women and the January arrival of William Rast and Post’age for guys. She carries 12 denim brands in total, but don’t be intimidated by the generous selection. Surrender to trying on a couple of options in her change room and see if you can leave Covet + Crave without purchasing a pair.

The store’s other focus is T-shirts, and we’re not talking the blinged-out tanks and crew-necks you’ll find at your favourite mall jean machine. Comfy cotton Ts by Velvet, Ella Moss and Whatever It Takes are as easy and effortless as your new slacks.
